Sam Gorodistian
PRESIDENT & CEO
Mr. Gorodistian is a former special agent in the Israeli Secret Service with over 26 years of experience in managing security operations for various consulates, embassies, and commercial buildings around the world. In his line of duty, he provided detail security to government officials, implemented security procedures for government buildings, coordinated and executed highly targeted special events, and liaised with the local protective services. Mr. Gorodistian is a graduate of the Israel Security Agency and was a Group Commander in the Israel Defense Force.
Gary Poynor
VICE PRESIDENT
Gary Poynor is the Vice President with over 45 years managerial experience with 10 of those years in the security industry. He has been responsible for over 10 million in assets as Regional Manager for SSC as well operations manager with a staff of 400 employees. Gary was Senior Manager for a Prominent Property Management Company for 7 years, responsible for 700 million in assets.

Emanuel Smith III
DIRECTOR OF PAYROLL & HR
Emanuel Smith is an experienced HR and Accounts Payable Director who joined Edifice Protection Group in May of 2017. Emanuel brings 14 years of Law Enforcement experience, 11 year of Security experience and 7 years of HR Management experience to the company. Emanuel is a state certified Qualifying Agent for Edifice, state certified security trainer, certified conflict resolution specialist and field training officer (for the state police).
Todd Croal
MARKETING MANAGER
Todd Croal is the marketing manager at Edifice Protection Group, maintaining customer relationships and developing new business. Todd is also a deputy with the Jefferson Parish Constable’s Office and has completed the Law Enforcement Active Shooter and Emergency Response training course. He is certified with The National Center for Biomedical Research and Training in Counter Terrorists Education. Todd attended the University of New Orleans where he received a BA in marketing.

Yaisha Kennedy
HR OFFICE MANAGER
Yaisha Kennedy Walter is an experienced Human Resource Manager who joined Edifice in February of 2022.
Yaisha brings 16 years of experience in the security field as a State Board certified Officer and 6 years as a State Board compliance Manger. Yaisha also brings 6 years as a Human Resource Manager and she will be assisting EPG’s operations with primary focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee training, incentives and benefits.

Cary A. Robinson
REGIONAL MANAGER
Cary Robinson is the Regional Manager who joined Edifice in February of 2022. Cary brings 29 years of managerial security experience in hospitality, residential, commercial, Maritime, retail and medical facility security.
Cary brings19 years as a State Board certified in-house instructor, and 8 years as an NRA firearm instructor.
Cary oversees the daily operations of the southern region, liaison with clients, and training.
